Josh & Jessie has been a long time coming. After many nights and days of dreaming and getting clear on our shared vision, we decided to move forward in obtaining our Real Estate licenses and building an empire of positivity through helping others achieve their goals with Real Estate and in life.
We build relationships daily and truly love helping show others how to attain their goals and dreams! Life is most rewarding when we are serving others and living from the heart! A rewarding life comes from making a positive contribution in the lives of others.
We are blessed to be part of The Seth Brothers team: The GHBA’s Realtor Team of the Year 4 out of the past five years, Top Selling Team in Fort Bend County, Ranked in the Top 10 Realtor Teams by Houston Business Journal. We have chosen eXp Realty as our broker since they allow us the flexibility to embrace our values while remaining an agent-focused firm.
So that we can expand while contributing to others in a positive way. It also affords us the ability to help others with perhaps the largest financial investment people will make in their lifetimes.
Enables us to spend more time than the average couple does together. It also gives us the ability to utilize all of our combined degrees: Finance, Accounting, and MBA to help our clients buy, sell and lease spaces for either home making or business ventures.
Real Estate is in large part a relationship-based business. We both love people and helping. Working together we have positioned ourselves to help people.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Building our own business from the ground up has had its challenges and continually forces us to grow internally. Despite the difficulties and growing pains that come along with being an entrepreneur, we feel that the positive aspects outweigh the dull existence and limitations that Corporate America places on the individual. We had to walk away from careers with large multinational firms in order to create something of our own.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Exp Realty – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Between the two of us we have: Finance, Accounting and MBA degrees. Initially, we felt we needed to specialize in our fields of study. Soon we realized that we would utilize all of our skills on a daily basis, managing and operating our own business.
We enjoy mentoring and teaching others how to be successful in Real Estate. There are many people that need help navigating all of the complexities that come with buying or selling a home. Some people just want resources for building credit and securing leases, others want to find commercial properties where they can be successful in their businesses. Still, others would like to become Real Estate agents themselves and embark on a new journey and career.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan to tie the knot in the future and create a family.
We are looking forward to doing more traveling and visiting places where we can embrace nature.
We are excited about growing our presence and team in the Houston Real Estate market and positively impacting our environment and all of those in our path.
