Today we’d like to introduce you to Trey Martinez.
Trey, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started as a kid from Clear Lake with a dream of being in the big city with people impacting the world in a positive way. I always had the line, “who you surround yourself is who you become” close to heart and live by it. So, I would say by the grace of God, He’s placed me around some pretty incredible people who I’m honored to work with.
Today, I am the CEO of FitterDocs, a marketing & advertising agency focused in the holistic health & wellness industry, and the Creative Director at The Livestyle Media, a Creative & Consulting Company for the fashion, music & world shacking brands. Not to mention, I’m heavily involved in the Hemp Industry, distributing CBD/CBG products here in the United States, Mexico and Japan. Plus, I have recently launched my Real Estate Company dealing with AirBnb properties here in Houston. Lastly, I’m launching “The Trey Angle Podcast” and Modern Health Network – A Brand Disrupting the Medical Industry.
A lot of things going on, but it’s all to the grace of God, my family, mentors and inner circle who believe in me that have made this all possible!
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all. From getting a job after dropping out of college to pursue a dream of running with my business and hustling side marketing projects to pay bills, to saving money on travel with redeye flights and long drives. Though that’s apart of the process for any entrepreneur.
“Though I walk through the valley… I shall fear no evil”. I always know that I am guided and on the right path by surrounding myself with people who build me up and also by trusting the process.
If it wasn’t for my mentors, who knows where I would be right now. I believe in compressing time frames by learning from those who’ve walked where I seek to go. This has been a HUGE lesson for me in making this road a lot more smooth!
So, as you know, we’re impressed with FitterDocs – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My business partners and clients would tell you I’m the image and marketing guy! At least that’s the feedback I’ve been given! I truly care for the success of every single person I meet and work with because I live by the Golden Rule. “Treat others how you want to be treated.” I truly take that to heart and give everyone the best advice I have to give!
I am most proud of the fact that each of my companies is transparent with the whole process. Whether that be our hemp products with our certificate of analysis and clinical studies, to the digital advertising reports with total cost spent and cost per lead for you see where your investment is going. I believe in the truth and in marketing, that can be hard to find.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love Houston!! The best part is the diversion of people and more importantly…FOOD!! Also, I love the fact that our city is all about the hustle! I believe this is a melting pot for businesses and entrepreneurs. What’s beautiful about it is you’ll see business owners from all over the world chasing their dreams! Gotta love it.
If I had to say anything bad about our city is the road rage! With all the diversity, we see all types of drivers! (laugh) I’m grateful that I no longer have to drive in traffic at rush hours because we all know that stress. Though even if I am stressed, I’ll just take some of our CBG Extract (THC Free of course) and smile along with my day!
