Today we’d like to introduce you to Yusuf Muldrow.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Yusuf. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’m 20 years old. I have a martial arts background and, from that, a tricking background. Tricking encompasses movement from martial arts, to bboy, and acrobatics. I also have a major love for heavy music, such as the genres of death metal, hardcore, deathcore, and metalcore! Combine the 2, and you got Evil Tricking. I call it “Evil” tricking as a satire on the fact that outsiders consider my choice of music and lifestyle as “evil” and “satanic.” Yet what people will one day realize, is the fact that Evil Tricking is more than just what lies on the surface. Evil Tricking is an ideology, a way of life. Evil Tricking will cause for judgement, yet the philosophy of my life is one of justice, kindness, and good vibes. While I don’t believe or adhere to traditional religion or god, my way of life shall shine through my brand. And my way of life is the one that does not impose itself upon others.
Also, in ten years or less, Evil Tricking as an art form and dance will take over the deathcore and hardcore scene in Texas. Everyone will be flipping in the pits soon.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
For the most part. The only struggles lie within financing projects and or getting out of bed to do an edit on time. Yes, it can get tiresome at times.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The network. My associates, friends, and who I position myself with. For if Evil does not deal with others, then the brand shall not live up to its name and thus fail.
