Meet Ebony Alegria of Eboni Eyez Beauty Bar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebony Alegria.

Ebony, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always had an interest in everything beauty since a little girl. I used to always do my cousin’s hair and makeup. I always tried to make everyone over. In 2017 I took a leap of faith a took my cosmetology course and it was literally one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not always been a smooth road. I had a time I was only lashing my mom, sister, or close friends for free, just trying to stay active. I stopped for a couple of months but I still had a love for lashing.

I am a certified lash technician and makeup artist. I love everything beauty and I love making people feel beautiful.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My future plans are to eventually own my own beauty bar. I look forward to sharing my testimony and showing women that you can do anything you put your mind to.
