Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Williams.
Danielle, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve always had a love of entertaining and planning parties for my family and friends. That passion led me to start Glamoured Events in June of 2019. My very 1st event I put together was my “Divas Brunch & Pop-up Shop Soiree” in July of the same year. It was indeed an extremely successful event and gave me the push into the industry that I needed. Since then, I’ve planned everything from birthday parties, ladies nights, bridal showers and my 1st wedding in March 2020!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The first eight months in business was a breeze! I had the pleasure of planning several events with beautiful turnouts. The first wedding I planned with Glamoured Events was in March of 2020 and it was everything my clients could ask for and more. Definitely, one of my proudest moments to see the satisfaction and awe on their faces. Then covid happened! With social events at a standstill, I was in fear that my budding company wouldn’t be able to remain in business. Fortunately enough, Glamoured Events has still been able to provide services through this tough time. With wedding and party planning resuming, we are frequently being booked for upcoming events.

Glamoured Events is an event services company based out of Houston, TX. We do everything from full event planning, event decorating, locating event vendors, day of coordinating and more. Taking the hassle and stress out of planning is what we strive to do for our clients. We currently have a 100% client satisfaction rate and we plan to keep it that way with every future client. Our specialty is providing every event with a touch of GLAM that’s what makes our services unique.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory is using whatever materials in the house we had to put together birthday parties for my siblings and mom. I’ve always loved to put a smile on people’s faces when it came down to their special day!
