Conversations with Toni Frio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Toni Frio.

Hi Toni, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
First, I just started as an athlete and a talent manager with a specialization in sports and entertainment and eventually grew through tons of networking. I eventually was able to book and host sports and art events all over the country. Currently, I am a music producer by the name of Toni Frio who likes to create full-length projects and collaborations with all types of genres. I just apply everything I ever learned while running my movement. Today, I run a creative label named Renaissance of the Youth (ROTY). As a brand, we heavily push collaborations and believe in being authentic artistically. We believe in working hard, but mostly enjoying what you do.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t always been smooth. Matter of fact, there was a lot of nights where I had to get back to the drawing board and retry things or go in complete different directions. Now, things are trending in a positive way.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Renaissance of the Youth (ROTY) is the creative label that recruits and books talented artists from all over the globe!

How do you define success?
Success is something that cannot be explained because you either you want it or you don’t. There are a lot of people who had success and didn’t take what they did to get to that point and apply it to a large scale basis. Once you get to a successful point, I feel like you should look into ways to try and expand the team around you. I think spreading the vision in a positive way is everything.
