Today we’d like to introduce you to Ni Chhuth and Elisa Aganon. Their team shares their story with us below:
Ni started Bliss Box and Boards in May 2020 at the start of the pandemic. She created charcuterie boxes as a way to reach out to friends and family to celebrate birthdays and special occasions remotely. What started off as a hobby quickly grew into something more as others reached out to shower their loved ones with a special and delicious surprise. The weekends began filling up with orders and Ni brought on her sister-in-law, Elisa, to help with the increasing demand for Bliss Box and Boards. Soon their husbands got involved as business started to flourish. Bliss Box & Boards successes are founded upon the testimonials of our beautiful customers, their referrals through the power of social media.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to where we are today was not easy. Every business has its challenges and obstacles. Our biggest one was finding the right work-life balance. We both work full time jobs outside of Bliss Box & Boards and are, respectively, mothers of three. One thing this business has taught us is time management!

As we celebrate our second year in business, we’ve redefined ourselves. Our specialty remains the art of creating beautiful charcuterie boards for any occasion. Our goal is to bring our creativity to others and to create fresh and enchanting charcuteries that can be gifted and shared with your loved ones.
What are your plans for the future?
Some exciting things we have in store for the future is to offer workshops so you can learn the craft of charcuterie for yourselves. These workshops would are great for celebrating events, team building, girl’s night… We can customize the classes based on your ideas and the theme. We also plan to continue growing our grazing tables for corporate events and weddings.
