Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Mann.
Kristen, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I had the pleasure of starting my real estate career after the birth of our twin girls. We have 3 girls total and I was looking for a career that would give me flexibility, a high quality of life, and leadership.
At the time I did not realize this was the career that would change my families and friends lives. I focused my time and attention to customer service and appreciation, community involvement, branding, marketing, and social media.
After the first year of real estate I was recognized in the top 20% of my market center and within the second year, I was asked to join the master faculty which trains the new agents who join Keller Williams Premier. Helping others is extremely important to me and I truly believe in paying it forward.
By year four I realized that in order to provide top-notch service and have the quality of life I desired, it was necessary to expand into a team. I am blessed to now have my husband working with me full time and our two closest friends. The transitioning is constant, the hard work never stops, but the reward is amazing.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I do not think there is such a thing as a smooth road in real estate. Just when you think you have it all figured out, you are quickly reminded of the diversity of each client, their needs, and the transaction. I believe the most challenging part of my career was expanding into a true business vs. being a single agent.
Expansion requires patience, understanding, leadership, inspiration, and management. What was once a one-woman show quickly became a company that needed management, additional time and money, and development. I am truly blessed to have the people on my team that I have. They each bring such positive energy and individualized wisdom.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Mann Group Properties – Keller Williams Premier – what should we know?
I believe what sets us apart from others is the value proposition we are able to offer our clients. We have expanded a little differently then most teams I know of. I have taken on the role of marketing, brand awareness, team management, training, charitable partnerships, and events.
Todd Mann, my husband, works directly with our clients who need to list their home by offering them a detailed marketing plan and execution. He works sun up to sun down to ensure they are taken care of and that their needs are not only being met but exceeded. Annette Smith and Kristen Caskey offer an out of this world experience to our buyer clients.
Due to being an expanded team, we are able to offer one on one service for each part of the transaction. Kristen Caskey also does a phenomenal job of handling the transaction coordinating for each and every client. We offer staging services, vendor referrals, professional photography packages, and much more at our cost. We believe that the transaction is the beginning to our client’s experience with Mann Group Properties and not the end.

Keller Williams Premier has offered me unconditional support and a wide range of mentors. Many friendships have been made due to the atmosphere being friendly, helpful, and supportive. At Keller Williams Premier we believe in lifting each other up so that we are ALL able to be successful. The phenomenal Ignite training program we offer is just the beginning to a lifelong training to goal achievement. God led me to this brokers door when I started but the support staff and culture are truly what have kept us there.
