I believe that everyone has a talent & is good at something. Like many others, I have been through very difficult life experiences & certain life experiences can leave a good or bad impact. When adversity strikes, “Focus on a solution”.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people, “help themselves” & a desire to become an Independent Business Owner. I was determined to build a business that would help to others, reach their fullest potential. “Manage all goals”, line up opportunities that best applies to your life experiences.” “MAZZGLOBAL”

I believe, identifying what you are passionate about, developing your skills & applying your talent; is the first step towards creating an opportunity for yourself. I also believe, putting God first in your decision-making, will help you understand which direction to take & that it will not be an easy road. When I started my journey, I felt part of my destiny, was to learn how to help push others to theirs.

Over the years of training & development; including Education & landing opportunities with Fortune 500 companies. I was able to develop many skills in specialty, career-based industries. I also volunteered with organizations, implementing effective hiring solutions. I believe every opportunity accepted is a blessing towards advancing yourself. With effort, resources & a support system; I was lead to implement & execute a plan to succeed as an Independent Business Owner. “Position yourself to provide Inspired Leadership, in all facets of your chosen Vocation. “Blessings for Blessings!”

In 2009, MazzGlobal Recruitment Services LLC was founded, with a vision of providing Career Opportunities Globally. Currently, MazzGlobal has become an established “Global” Career & Consulting Services Company. We work tirelessly, dedicating our time, assisting Career Seekers of different natures Globally; reach their goals, become Top Talent & land successful opportunities based on Today’s Economy.

This year has been an amazing trail of challenges & accomplishments; from Employing people, building New Businesses from the ground up, Re-Developing Businesses, Creating opportunities for distressed businesses from losing or going out of Business and/or if the client simply wants to retire. We also work with creating opportunities for our Existing Clients, by collaborating with our New Client’s/Management Company. None of which are easy or simple because all services require the simplest things to gain clientele; “Integrity & Trust”.

Building Healthy Business Relationships, which requires time. When I first started MazzGlobal, my Motto was “Keeping America Working”. My goal in “Keeping America Working”, was to network with Top Professionals, in effort to provide opportunities for all natures, Globally. It was extremely challenging & yes at times I’ve encountered the worse experiences. Unless your in the Entrepreneur’s world & determined to see your vision manifest, you will never know the lifestyle, or what a person has to endure to overcome obstacles.

I didn’t always ignore the negativity around me & sometimes it still gets to me. Nevertheless, I keep God first & whether a good or bad day, I will never give up. In the end, anyone who tells me I can’t do it opens the doors for me to challenge the impossible. I said all of this to say, Never give up on your dreams no matter what, because the purpose God has for you, no man can take away, unless you allow it.
