Hi Arielle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well, I graduated in 2015 and became an office manager for a mental health private practice owner and I helped her grow her business. Due to insurance issues, she had to relocate her business to a different state. I then decided wait I can offer the services based on the business management degree and the info I learned working alongside her and offer it to other mental health private practice owners virtually. I started ZAGS Business Solutions where I assist private practice owners and single-parent entrepreneurs with reclaiming the free time while I partner with them to help manage their practice/business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t; marketing has been the hardest and relocation.

ZAGS Business Solutions is an online business management company that assist service providers with virtual management and support. With our main target audience being private practice owners, therapists, & single parent entrepreneurs, we are experienced professionals partnering to help one business owner at a time manage their business so they can create a healthy work-life balance. What set us apart is our professionals are experienced, are quick studies & we offer drop-in support. Because if that we are able to provide more quality services to our clients. We offer team management, project management, bookkeeping, operations management, event management, VIP Days, Drop-In management, and other virtual services. Because I’m a single-parent entrepreneur, I can relate to and offer unique services to others like myself.

Hmm good question. I don’t believe that any luck has played a part in my business or life. I do, however, believe in grace and favor.
