Crystal, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin? 

I visited a rage room myself because one of my girlfriends suggested it. It was located in Houston. After that great experience, I wanted to bring this experience back to my neighborhood. I wanted to provide an opportunity for stress relief and fun for those in my area

There has been a lot of learning for me throughout this journey. From finding a space, designing, and building put the space to fulfilled the vision of what the rage room would look like today. I was initially set an opening date in October 2023, but we had delay after delay; this included delays in getting power in the space and fulfilling city requirements. We were finally were able to open in January 2024. I’m so grateful for the outpour of support for this business. From my family and friends encouraging me along the way and donating breakable items at every turn!

I’m a family physician. I was practicing full spectrum medicine but stepped back to take care of my growing babies. I have two children, and I’m most proud to be called mom. I’m optimistic; I cheer on others around me. I believe when we are all reaching and fulfilling our dreams, we are all better for it.
