Story & Lesson Highlights with Ja’narrius Howze of houston

We recently had the chance to connect with Ja’narrius Howze and have shared our conversation below.

Good morning Ja’narrius, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I’m currently walking in my path of faith. wanting to build a great relationship with christ. It been times that i’ve been battling with temptation but i don’t let that get in the way of what i need to do to make this walk successful.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is ja’narrius howze. from birmingham, al. i do graphic design, sports media and etc. i been off track at first with my craft last year but now i’ve gotten back on due to a lot of things i’ve been through in 2024. from people doing me wrong. getting scammed and the list goes on but i don’t let those things get the best of me now.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
The people i’ve connected with overtime. the opportunities that have came my way.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
yes, last year when i was going through a lot. i’ve lost a lot of things during the time. People that hated the way i moved. times where people would spread lies on me and people would believe the first thing told to them instead of hearing both sides which brung mad stress my way and made me almost say forget it.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
That i’m a hard worker. I’m very genuine. i’m great with everything that i do. also , that i have great advice.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What will you regret not doing?
Going for certain unpaid opportunities. Some of those could have gotten me in certain doors but i let things on the outside overpower it.
