Will & Stephanie, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Not something but someone, and that’s my family especially our grand baby
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
We are William & Stephanie Kimbrough, and we are the owners of 1st Group Management which is the umbrella for our moving company Your Express Movers. What makes our company special is we take pride in what we do and how we service our customers. We put love in what we do.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
The earliest memory of feeling powerful is when I was about 15 years old. I went out and made my own money through the neighborhood by helping my neighbors with odd and ends jobs. And with those payments, I would pay my sisters to do my house chores.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes there were many times I felt like giving up. Especially when things went horribly wrong. But my wife would restore my faith in God and my belief in what we’re trying to accomplish.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friend would say family and loyalty matters. Cause your closest friends are loyal and they are your family. Cause blood makes you related, but loyalty makes you family.

That my wife and I are stand up people
