An Inspired Chat with Noe Montoya of Pearland

Noe Montoya shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Noe, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Watching my Kids, 5 & 2 y/o laughing and having fun without a worry in the world.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Noe Montoya, co-owner of Quick Snap Events with my wife, Brenda. We’ve been in the photo booth industry since 2016, and our newest offering—the GlamBot—has quickly become our most exciting feature. It’s a robotic arm that captures cinematic slow-motion videos, like what you see on red carpet events.

We also offer premium photo booth experiences, including print, digital, and black-and-white Glam Booths. What sets us apart is our hands-on service, 9 years of experience, and a real passion for helping clients create memorable, shareable moments. We’re proud to be Houston-based and fully insured, and we’re always looking to collaborate with others who value quality experiences.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My Mentor, who helped me find the path to see yourself within and realize that we hold the power to shape our lives to what we desire the most. We just have to learn to control our emotions and mindset

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Absolutely, but again that is where the tenacity to achieve and build something great overcomes and overpowers that doubt. Crushing the fear is the key. “The 50th Law”

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My kids, they are the best of my wife and me. Everything we do is for them.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
Not going full time into our business sooner. But I loosely believe that because I am a strong believer that everything happens the way it is supposed to. Maybe we were not ready for the level of success that is heading our way. But now…. Bring It!
