We recently had the chance to connect with Blanka Molnar and have shared our conversation below.
Blanka, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
Jigsaw puzzles. That’s why I haven’t started one for a while, because I can spend hours on the floor hunched over one, forgetting the pain in my legs and back.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, I am Blanka.
I am a woman, a wife, a toddler mom, a conscious parenting coach, a family constellation practitioner, and the founder of Awarenest, among other roles.
My mission is to contribute to raising a generation that is mentally, physically, and emotionally healthier, and it all starts with us! With the parents.
I work with a unique, holistic therapy method called Family Constellation, which has been around since the 1970s, but is not very well-known in the USA. The foundation of the method is that our emotional, physical, mental, financial, environmental, and relationship-related challenges are rooted in a family-related event, trauma that might have happened multiple generations ago. In a session, we explore the root causes and resolve them at the origin. That’s why this method is super powerful and transformative.
Even one session can bring physical, mental, and emotional relief to clients.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was a full of energy little girl. So powerful, playful, present, and who loved to learn about everything. Then the world told me that I was too much. I should behave. Hold myself back because I have too much energy, and nobody would tolerate that. So I did. I tuned it down. I faded. I faded into a grey mouse and wanted to belong so badly. Not standing out from the crowd. However, I lost myself along the way. I lost my light and sparkle. Or maybe lost is not the right word. I dimmed it, and I dimmed it so much that I forgot its existence.
Until my soul began to whisper, then nudge me louder and louder. I ignored the signs until it was yelling. That’s when I began my healing journey, piecing myself back together and reclaiming the parts of me I had lost.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
Who likes pain? Nobody! But pain isn’t here to punish us or push us into the dark. Pain is a signpost showing you that something is out of alignment in your life.
The moment you stop running away from it, you stop and face it…That’s when the real magic happens.
I realized this years ago when I had no more places to hide from my physical and emotional pain, and that’s how I also guide my clients step by step along their journey. You can use pain as your power, fueling you on your healing journey.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
Fads are like external noises. Fluff, or shiny little nuggets that catch your attention for a brief moment, but they do not bring fundamental, lasting changes. They are like charcoal pieces covered in pink dust. Pretty on the outside, but empty at the core.
Profound transformation begins within. When you make a conscious decision to change and take responsibility for whatever it takes to get there.
You know the difference, because this shift is steady, lasting, and grounding. It sticks with you, and it doesn’t fade when the excitement wears off. And when you change from the inside, suddenly your external world starts to shift too.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
The biggest misunderstanding about my legacy might be that it’s about me.
But it never has been. My work isn’t about creating followers or building something shiny on the outside. It’s about guiding others back to themselves. I want people to know that they are not broken. They just needed to be reminded of their light and wholeness.
People may see the visible parts, the coaching, the courses, the sessions, and think that’s the legacy. But the real legacy is in the invisible ripple effect. It’s in a parent breaking a generational pattern, a child growing up feeling safe and seen, or a soul finally remembering its own wholeness.
Awarenest isn’t here to give quick fixes or put a band-aid on broken bones. That’s not my style. It’s here to spark profound and lasting transformation. The kind that happens quietly, deeply, and from the inside out.
So my legacy won’t live in my name. It will live in the lives touched, the healing carried forward, and the families who thrive because someone dared to change their story.
