Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexis Ceasar-White.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began in the medical field, where I spent years serving others with compassion, precision, and purpose. I loved helping people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and that experience shaped my foundation of care, integrity, and resilience. But it was during that very season when I purchased my first home that I had an experience that would completely change the trajectory of my life.
What should have been one of the most exciting moments of my life turned into one of the most stressful. I felt lost, unheard, and uncertain throughout the process. That experience planted a seed in me & a desire to ensure that no one else ever felt the way I did when making one of the most significant investments of their life. That was the moment I fell in love with real estate.
I transitioned from healthcare leadership into real estate with the same drive that fueled my rise to becoming the first minority female COO of a major healthcare entity. I carried forward my passion for systems, service, & mentorship, but now, my mission was to help others achieve homeownership with confidence, education, and empowerment.
Since then, I’ve built a thriving business, Elevate Living Group, founded on integrity, collaboration, and excellence. My journey has been one of transformation. Turning pain into purpose, challenges into opportunities, and dreams into reality. Every client, every agent I mentor, and every community I serve is a reminder of why I started: to make the real estate experience one of empowerment, not frustration; of trust, not uncertainty; and of legacy, not limitation.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has definitely not been smooth, but it’s been purposeful. As the industry evolved, I had to pivot the structure of my company to better serve our agents & clients. One of the greatest challenges came with the uncertainty surrounding the NAR lawsuit, which caused concern across the industry. Some of my agents even chose to step away from real estate altogether, unsure of what the future held for the real estate industry as a whole.
For those who stayed with the company, it became a season of re-education and realignment. It provided an opportunity for me to help the Realtors I sponsor understand how to adapt their conversations, contracts, and value delivery with both buyers and sellers. It wasn’t easy, but these challenges strengthened the company’s foundation & reminded me that growth often requires change, courage, & a willingness to lead through the unknown.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Elevate Living Group?

At the heart of everything we do is our belief that “When We Elevate Others, We All Rise Together.”
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was a mix of ambition, creativity, and conviction. I was the kid who believed anything was possible if you put your heart into it & I was determined to prove it. I played basketball with grit, wrote poetry and short stories to express the world I imagined, & started working early because I understood the value of independence and discipline.
Even then, I had a strong voice & wasn’t afraid to advocate for what I believed in. Whether it was standing up for fairness or celebrating who I was, I took pride in my family roots & the richness of my cultural representation. Those values shaped how I lead & live today; with purpose, courage, and a deep respect for legacy. Looking back, I realize those early years built the foundation for everything I am now; a woman who elevates others, breaks boundaries, & turns possibilities into reality.
