Today we’d like to introduce you to Dominic Grayson.
Hi Dominic, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
So I started out working at an electrical facility warehouse for 13 years. I got somewhat complacent in the line of work that I was doing as it didn’t challenge me enough. Therefore, I was intrigued by getting into the HVAC field. When I started doing my research finding different schools I went for local funding. Then I found a school signed up. Got my license. Later then went on to further my education, got my contractor’s license and then started my business. I’ve been in business for 3 years. Business has been very lucrative for me considering I am in Houston, Texas where they need air conditioning and heating more so air conditioning. Things have started to pick up for me year after year.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s never a smooth road starting your own business. Some of the struggles I have faced have been getting the processes procedures in place. Also determining where to Target my local audience for business. Another challenge has been finding the right manufacturer to become partners with. Also, another challenge is finding good contractors to work with me so we can put out good service.

We are cold Summers, AC and heating. Definitely one of the number one service providers when it comes to HVAC needs in Houston and its surrounding areas. We pride ourselves and being very responsive to our customers needs. Along with that, we offer follow-ups that just bigger or normal companies don’t offer. We go above and be on to make sure that our customers are comfortable during the hot summer months or the cold winter months.
