We recently had the chance to connect with Patricia Uebe and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Patricia, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
In the first 90 minutes of my day, I focus entirely on working out. This includes a mix of cardio and strength training, energizing my body and setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m originally from Brazil and proudly carry a blend of Lebanese heritage, with Portuguese as my first language. Before beginning my real estate journey, I built my career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Brazil.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been immersed in Houston’s dynamic real estate market, developing a deep understanding of its diverse neighborhoods and the unique lifestyles they offer. My areas of expertise include luxury homes, international relocation, first-time home purchases, and investment properties. No matter my clients’ goals, I’m committed to guiding them with care, integrity, and a truly personalized experience.
Beyond real estate, I love staying active – running, swimming, and cycling are my go-to activities – and I’ll admit, I never pass up a good shopping moment.
I’m also deeply involved in leadership at my brokerage, Keller Williams Memorial, where I’ve proudly served on the Associate Leadership Council and the Board of Directors for the past three years. Currently, I have the privilege of chairing the International Division, a role that allows me to connect and serve clients from around the world.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
I’ve always believed that learning never really ends – it’s something that grows with you. Looking back, I can’t point to just one person who taught me the most about work. My greatest lessons have come from the journey itself – the clients who trusted me, the challenges that pushed me, and the moments that reminded me why I love what I do.
In real estate, no two days are ever the same. The market shifts, people’s needs evolve, and with every experience, I learn something new. I’ve come to see each interaction as a chance to grow – whether it’s through a mentor’s advice, a client’s feedback, or simply listening to someone’s story. Those moments have shaped how I work, how I connect, and how I continue striving to serve with more understanding and care each day.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self to trust the journey and be patient with the process. Every experience – even the challenges – is shaping you into the person you’re meant to become. Keep learning, keep growing, and don’t be afraid to dream big. Everything you’re working so hard for will fall into place at the right time.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, absolutely. What you see publicly is genuinely who I am – professional, positive, and deeply passionate about what I do. Of course, like everyone, I have quieter moments and sides that don’t always appear on social media or in professional settings, but the core of who I am never changes. I value authenticity, and I believe that being genuine is essential, especially in real estate where trust and relationships mean everything.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
I feel the most at peace when I’m active outdoors and fully present in the moment – whether I’m running, swimming, or cycling. There’s something about moving my body, feeling the rhythm of each step or stroke, and being surrounded by nature that helps me quiet my mind and recharge. Those moments give me clarity, balance, and a sense of calm that I carry into both my personal life and my work.
