Today we’d like to introduce you to Roger Aad.
Hi Roger, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Beirut, Lebanon, I grew up in a lively household with four siblings, supported by an entrepreneurial father and a loving mother. My journey into entrepreneurship began early, at just 12 years old, when I started attending my father’s company on the weekends. Those formative experiences sparked my passion for business and the power of relationships. I later pursued a Business Management degree at Notre Dame University, where I honed my skills in sales and strategy.
Twelve years ago, I took a bold step and moved to the United States with my wife, ready to embrace new opportunities. Immersing myself in the local culture, I found my true calling in real estate, where I could merge my business acumen with a genuine desire to help others find their dream homes.
For the past decade at Keller Williams Memorial, I’ve dedicated myself to building a successful career, consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents (in the Houston area) Tanglewood. In October 2023, I was honored to be named the #1 agent in the Memorial area out of over 45,000 agents in Harris County. My focus has been on luxury real estate, specializing in high-end properties in the Houston area, as well as investment properties and expanding my portfolio of rentals over the years.
As chair of the Luxury Division within our brokerage, I’ve had the privilege of advancing to the role of president/CEO at one of Houston’s largest brokerages. In my leadership position at Keller Williams Memorial, I oversee 550 agents, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Real estate is not just a job to me; it’s a passion. I am committed to empowering others to achieve their dreams in this dynamic industry.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Reflecting on my journey from Lebanon to the United States, I recognize the profound transition it represented. Embracing my passion for real estate demanded not only a deep commitment to learning and expertise but also a thorough understanding of the local market to build credibility and connect with clients.
At Keller Williams Memorial, my growth was marked by a commitment to excellence. To better serve my clients, I earned multiple designations, including Certified Home Luxury Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. These qualifications have enabled me to effectively assist clients from around the world while navigating both international and local real estate markets. Stepping into the role of CEO and team leader presented its own set of challenges, particularly in inspiring a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration. These experiences have been invaluable, teaching me the importance of resilience and adaptability, and igniting my passion for empowering others and seeing success through others.

For the past two years, I’ve been the CEO and Team Leader of KW Houston Memorial, one of Texas’s largest real estate brokerages, with annual production exceeding $1.2 billion. In this role, I set the strategic direction for the organization, consult with agents, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
I specialize in building strong relationships with high-performing agents, which enables me to support them in significant transactions. I’m proud of cultivating a culture focused on education, innovation, and continuous professional growth. This environment empowers our agents and enhances the client experience.
Alongside my role at KW Memorial, I also lead the Roger Aad Property Group, where we deliver exceptional client experiences and high-level expertise across the Greater Houston market. What sets me apart is my commitment to nurturing relationships and fostering a collaborative atmosphere where agents can thrive. I’m passionate about helping others succeed in their real estate careers, a dedication reflected in our team’s and clients’ success.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Looking back, I can’t emphasize enough the incredible support system that has shaped my success. My wife has been my rock, standing by me through every challenge and celebrating each achievement, her unwavering belief in my vision drives my determination.
As we raise our two children, their smiles and dreams inspire me daily, reminding me of my purpose. I’m also thankful for the friends and mentors who have guided me along the way, reinforcing the idea that true success is a team effort. This powerful network empowers me to overcome obstacles and passionately pursue my goal of helping others thrive in real estate.
