Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
“My name is Chant’e Prince. I’m 50 years old, and I’m in a rebuilding season that has required more faith and courage than anything I’ve walked through. I’ve worked in real estate for years—closing millions in new construction sales—but I’m also a woman who has had to start over more than once. I’ve walked through financial pressure, transitions, and moments where I knew I had value, but my circumstances didn’t reflect it yet. At 50, I decided to reinvent myself—to walk in my prophetic calling, build my legacy, and trust God even when resources were tight. My turning point came when unexpected blessings started showing up and I realized God was rebuilding me, not punishing me. I’m fighting for generational wealth, stability, and the chance to finally walk fully in the life I’ve always envisioned. A check for life would give me the freedom to invest in my dreams and help other women who feel like it’s too late. My story isn’t perfect, but it’s honest, and I’m here because I believe this is part of my divine assignment.”
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Attempting to escape the structural walls of breaking glass ceilings in REALESTATE has been my most intense stride on the path. Meaning the builder’s industry is REALESTATE but the guidelines to becoming a realtor certainly is.
I went from being trained immensely on how to sell and close houses into all these rules and laws to even obtain a license has been the most struggle.

I specialize in Luxury Marketing, Sales & Signings. What set me apart is I carved a lane for myself and what I do strategically in the builder’s scope. I am the brand that is my business. I offer and disperse luxury experience and presence for the model homes, potential buyers and agents. I am the gatekeeper nothing gets pass networking with me from the door. I’m just special in what I do and the pride I take in it. Theirs an aroma of itself that’s ring off that I’m not the average salesperson.
