Hi Angelle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has been a blend of career, creativity, motherhood, resilience, and learning to embrace change. Professionally, I built my career in healthcare and health insurance, working in auditing, analytics, and special projects. That experience taught me how to pay attention to details, solve problems, and approach challenges with intention.
In 2019, my life took a significant turn when my marriage ended, and I became a single mother. Navigating motherhood, my career, and rebuilding my life taught me a different kind of resilience. It also gave me a deeper understanding of who I was outside of the roles and expectations I had carried for years.
In 2021, I decided to channel that growth and my creativity into something of my own. I founded Noella Grace, an accessory brand built around the idea that style should feel powerful, intentional, and accessible. What began as a creative outlet grew into a brand for women, men, and children and gave me a way to combine my love for fashion, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.
Building a business while raising a family and maintaining a career hasn’t always been easy. There have been seasons when I had to step back, rethink my direction, and give myself permission to evolve. But those moments have become some of the most important parts of my journey.
Today, I’m continuing to grow professionally while rebuilding and evolving Noella Grace with a clearer vision of what I want the brand to become. I’ve learned that success isn’t always about moving quickly. Sometimes it’s about having the courage to pause, refine your vision, and begin again.
I’m still very much in the process of becoming, and I think that’s one of the most exciting parts of my story. Everything I’ve experienced has shaped how I create, how I lead, and how I see myself. What started as an idea has become a reflection of who I am: creative, resilient, intentional, and always willing to evolve.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I think that’s an important part of my story. I’ve experienced seasons of having to rebuild personally, professionally, and creatively. Going through a divorce and raising my children as a single mother while maintaining a career taught me how to keep moving forward even when life didn’t look the way I had imagined it would.
Entrepreneurship brought its own challenges. Starting Noella Grace required me to step outside of my comfort zone and learn things I had never done before—from branding and product development to marketing, finances, and figuring out how to connect with the right audience. There have been periods when sales were slow, resources were limited, and I questioned whether I should continue.
I’ve also had to learn that growth isn’t always visible. Sometimes growth looks like launching something new, and sometimes it looks like stepping back, reassessing, and realizing that your vision needs to evolve.
One of my biggest struggles has been learning not to measure my progress solely by immediate results. I’ve had moments where I felt behind or wondered if I was doing enough. But I’ve learned that setbacks don’t necessarily mean you’re on the wrong path. Sometimes they’re giving you the opportunity to become more prepared for where you’re going.
So no, it hasn’t been smooth—but I wouldn’t trade the journey. The challenges have made me more resourceful, more patient, and more confident in my ability to start over when necessary.

Noella Grace is an accessory brand rooted in style, individuality, and intentional self-expression. I created the brand in 2021 with the belief that accessories have the power to completely transform how you feel and how you show up.
We offer thoughtfully curated accessories for women, men, and children, with pieces ranging from statement earrings and bracelets to handbags and other fashion accessories. While our collections continue to evolve, our goal remains the same: to create pieces that help people feel powerful, polished, and put together without feeling like luxury has to be out of reach.
One thing that sets Noella Grace apart is that we don’t believe style belongs to one particular demographic. I wanted to create a brand that could speak to different generations and different expressions of style. Whether someone wants something bold and eye-catching or understated and refined, there should be a place for them within the brand.
I’m especially proud of the identity we’ve created. Noella Grace has become more than a collection of accessories—it has become a reflection of my own evolution and my belief that you can reinvent yourself without losing who you are.
I’m also proud that the brand has allowed me to bring my creative vision to life. From the way we present our products to the stories and imagery behind each collection, I want Noella Grace to feel intentional and elevated while remaining approachable.
Ultimately, I want readers to know that Noella Grace is about more than what you wear. It’s about how you feel when you put it on. It’s about presence, confidence, and giving yourself permission to take up space.
We’re still growing, evolving, and dreaming bigger—and that’s part of what makes the journey so exciting.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is the time I spent with my grandparents. When I was younger, my parents went through a difficult divorce, and during that time I ended up living with my grandparents while my mom battled cancer.
Although that was a challenging period in my childhood, being with my grandparents gave me something I needed deeply—a safe space. I always felt loved, cared for, and accepted when I was with them. Their home was a place where I could simply be a child and feel secure despite everything happening around me.
Looking back, I realize how much those years shaped me. My grandparents taught me the importance of family, love, stability, and showing up for the people you care about. Some of my fondest memories aren’t necessarily about a specific event; they’re about how it felt to be around them.
I think that’s why those memories remain so special to me. They gave me a sense of home during a time when so much around me was changing.
