Today we’d like to introduce you to RETI.
Hi RETI, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started as a huge fan of the hip hop culture. The graffiti, break dancing, the dj’s, & mc’ing. I was infatuated with it really. I studied it & learned the history & where it came from. Me being from the south we had our own sound and that intrigued me as well. i was addicted to the culture. Fast forward, I feel like an ambassador for it. Me figuring out my craft as an artist was the best thing I could’ve done. It took me places I never thought i’d be or see. Now i’m here! & ain’t no turning back!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t at all. But that’s what makes my journey so special. The struggle makes you stronger. You’re going to either break or fold. I never did. I always kept going. I lost people along the way, burned bridges & built new ones. I never looked back. The struggle comes with this. I’ve been low I been high. No matter what i stay away from sucker shit. Fake shit & fuck niggas. I prefer it that way though. I rather go through the motions of a struggle than to surround myself with with fake shit, personally.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a hip hop artist. I been consistent for years & still going. They can’t stop me. I’m still here with more motion more opportunities more conglomerates. This what I dreamt it would be. My style sets me apart, when people compare me to greats that motivates me but I have my own message & purpose. I love what artists I admire did for the culture but I created my own lane & stayed in it. No matter how hard they tried they never can take it! I stay evolving. They can’t fuck with me!

Micah & Genesis and staying sucker free! Dropping quality music with that stargazer sound! People that support me my fans & my team! Fuck everything else.
