Hi Jazminn, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve been cooking since a little girl, and turned into a full time business in March of 2026 when my mom became extremely ill; stepping back from my law enforcement career. I love what I do, it gives me peace, and it’s such a great feeling seeing people react to my food.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been some struggles getting my name known, especially since the food industry is very competitive and I’m going against people who have these beautiful food trucks, restaurants, etc. I just started going out and marketing myself with the help of those who have had my cooking. Now business is really picking up.

I make delicious home cooked foods with a twist. My most popular items are my sweet chili baby back ribs, my oxtail Rasta pasta, and my fire roasted wings in assorted flavors. I wanted to take foods people eat and make them my own, so people can come to me because it’s either rare or non existent.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I’ve always been the life of the party, very vibrant, athletic, funny. I played volleyball, basketball, and ran track in school.
