Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanna Lopez.
Hi Jeanna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Before the suite, before the new services, before the growth… there was a little living room in a one-bedroom apartment. It started with my girlfriend at the time, who is now my wife, giving me the space to turn a little dream into something real. That living room became the beginning of Jeanna’s Designs, formally SculptedbyBellas. From there, we moved and took the leap into a home based setup, slowly building a clientele, learning, growing, and figuring it all out one appointment at a time. And now, here we are…2026 in our own suite!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There were slow seasons. Doubt. Long days. Moments of wondering if I was really capable of making this work. Tons of frustration!!! Learning as I went, investing in myself and my business, figuring out how to balance life and work, and sometimes feeling like I was taking two steps forward just to take one back. There were times I questioned the dream, but I never completely let it go.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Jeanna’s Designs is a nail studio focused on creating beautiful, healthy, and intentional nail services that make every client feel confident when they leave my suite.
I specialize in structured manicures, gel services, Gel-X, acrylic, French designs, and dry pedicure services, including cosmetic reconstruction. I love creating everything from simple, clean, natural looks to detailed sets that allow me to really be creative. One thing I’m especially known for is my ATTENTION to detail….I want every set to look intentional, clean, and customized to the person wearing it!
What sets me apart is that I don’t see nails as just another beauty service. I genuinely care about the experience, the health of the natural nail, and educating my clients along the way. I want my clients to understand their nails and how proper care can help them achieve the results they want. Nails hold so much confidence! Hands and feet alike.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My wife deserves the biggest thank you. She was there when Jeanna’s Designs was just a dream in the living room of our one-bedroom apartment, and she has supported me through every transition, challenge, and new chapter since. Now with our daughter, I cannot imagine the lengths we will reach.
My clients have also played such a huge role in my growth. Every appointment, referral, return visit, kind word, and person who trusted me with their nails helped me build this business into what it is today.
I’m incredibly grateful for my mom….my parents who have encouraged me, supported my work, and believed in the vision even during the seasons when I questioned it myself.
