Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Rosh & Co. Specialty Coffee is a Family owned- started with a dream, to create more than great coffee for friends —we truly believe in meaningful connections.
What began as a small family idea and a handcrafted mobile coffee cart has grown into a specialty coffee business serving events, businesses, churches, and communities across the Houston area and surroundings, We are also proud to source our coffee directly from producers and roast it locally in Houston, Texas.,
From the beginning, our mission has been to bring people together through exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and intentional service. Every cup we serve represents our passion for quality, our appreciation for the producers behind every bean, and our belief that coffee has the power to start conversations and build community.
Today, Rosh & Co. continues to grow while staying true to our roots, values as a family-owned business. Whether we’re selling our fresh specialty coffee in small patch, catering a wedding, corporate event, church conferences or private events.
Our goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared !
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Well, definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, Like many small businesses, we’ve faced challenges with balancing family life decisions and the uncertainty that comes with building a business from the ground up.
There were moments when bookings were slow and we questioned whether we were moving in the right direction, We trust God!
Every challenge has taught us something valuable.
We have learned to adapt, stay consistent, learn from our mistakes and trust the process.
Most importantly, our faith, the support of our family and Friends, and our passion for serving people have kept us moving forward. Looking back, those obstacles didn’t stop us, because we know who’s in front of us.

What sets us apart is our hospitality, we want every guest to feel as if they’re being welcomed into our own home.
We believe great coffee creates meaningful connections, so every handcrafted drink is served with warmth, excellence, and genuine care. More than serving coffee, we’re creating an experience where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
success… isn’t measured by revenue recognition, or been seen it’s measured by impact.
If I can honor God, serve others with excellence, create opportunities for my family, and make people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for then I consider that success.( genuine Success)
When we decided to Build Rosh & Co. Specialty Coffee are always been about creating meaningful moments , and if we leave people feeling better than when they arrived, we’ve accomplished our mission.
