Hi Alexys , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up as a competitive dancer, which of course requires stage makeup. I spent my free time perfecting my makeup for the stage, and as I got older it became a hobby. I officially launched my business, Beats By Hollywood, in 2022.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There has definitely been obstacles in running my business. My plate is full between motherhood, school, & other responsibilities. But being able to make others feel confident & enhancing their beauty makes everything worth it.

I am a makeup artist. I specialize in Natural Glams, Soft Glams, & Full Glams. I am most proud of my growth as an artist and business woman throughout the years.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite memory of my childhood is family vacations. We’ve been to Disney World, Boston, Atlanta, & so many other places. I love making memories with my family, & I look forward to taking my daughter to those same places and more!
