Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendrique Jefferson.
Hi Kendrique , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey has always been about turning ideas into something real. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for creativity, but over time I realized that I didn’t just want to have ideas—I wanted to build something from them.
One of the biggest steps in my journey was becoming an author. I wrote and published my book, ChatGPT for Hustlers: Make AI Work for You, because I wanted to show people how they could use technology and AI as a tool to create opportunities, become more productive, and think differently about business.
That experience helped me see that I could take an idea that was in my head and turn it into something tangible that other people could actually use. From there, my vision continued to grow, leading me toward building 100% Real Entertainment and exploring different areas of entertainment, media, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
I’m still in the building stage, and I’m proud of that. I’m not someone who believes you have to wait until you’ve “made it” to start telling your story. I believe the process of building, learning from mistakes, taking risks, and continuing to move forward is part of the story too.
Today, I’m focused on continuing to develop my ideas, grow my businesses, create opportunities, and build something that can have a lasting impact. My journey is still being written, but everything I’ve done so far has been about taking what I see in my mind and finding a way to make it real.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been building while still figuring things out along the way. Entrepreneurship can look exciting from the outside, but there are a lot of moments where you have to believe in your vision before anyone else sees it.
I’ve had to learn how to work with limited resources, make decisions without having everything figured out, and keep moving when things didn’t happen as quickly as I wanted them to. I’ve also had ideas that didn’t work out the way I originally imagined, and those experiences taught me that setbacks aren’t necessarily failures—they can be part of the process.
Writing and publishing my book was a major accomplishment for me because it showed me that I could take an idea from my head and actually bring it into the real world. At the same time, it taught me that creating something is only the beginning. You still have to put yourself out there, promote it, learn, adapt, and keep going.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to stay consistent and not let temporary circumstances determine what I believe is possible long-term. I’m still learning and building, but every challenge has helped me become more resourceful, more patient, and more confident in my ability to turn my ideas into reality.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My professional life is centered around entrepreneurship, creativity, entertainment, and finding ways to turn ideas into real opportunities. I’m the founder of 100% Real Entertainment, a brand that I’m building with the long-term goal of creating a platform that brings together entertainment, media, creative content, and business.
I’m also an author. One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of is writing and publishing my book, ChatGPT for Hustlers: Make AI Work for You. The book reflects a big part of how I think: technology is a tool, but what you do with that tool is what matters. I wanted to create something that could help people look at AI differently and see the possibilities it can create.
What sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to start. I’m willing to take an idea that may only exist in my head and figure out how to turn it into something tangible. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, creating, and looking for ways to build.
I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve continued pursuing my vision even while I’m still building it. I don’t measure success only by where I am today. I measure it by the progress I’m making and the foundation I’m creating for where I want to go. I believe 100% Real Entertainment is still in the early stages of its story, and I’m excited about what it can become.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always curious and had a lot of ideas. I was the type of person who could look at something and start thinking about how I could do it differently or make it better. I’ve always had a creative side, and I’ve always been interested in entertainment, music, business, and anything that gave me an opportunity to express myself.
Personality-wise, I’ve always been independent and determined. I didn’t necessarily have everything figured out, but I knew I wanted to create my own path. I was also someone who paid attention to people and the things happening around me. I think that helped shape the way I think today because I’m always looking for opportunities and thinking about what could be possible.
Looking back, I can see that a lot of the qualities I have now were already there when I was younger—the curiosity, creativity, willingness to take risks, and desire to build something of my own. I just had to grow into them and learn how to turn those qualities into something productive.
