Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevo .

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Kevo is a Houston based artist who also makes films, write books, and does comedy sketches on his social media platforms. Kevo was born and raised in Houston Tx and has been practicing arts as well as owning a tattoo studio since 2010.

Please tell us about your art.
Kevo’s paintings are usually political, if not exploring a range of emotion in portraiture. The inspiration behind his political work is contemporary social issues, and his passion to reflect time.

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing artists today?
I believe that the biggest challenge facing artists today is taking advantage of public domain. With so much access of so many people, it’s still tough to find support, funding, and a following.
