Life and Work with Carolina Tovar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolina Tovar.

Carolina, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Hi, I am 24 years old. I am Mexican and also a “Gemini”. A handful right?! I am a mother of three handsome boys. The reason I chose to become a model began at a very young age, in my teenage years, I was into photography, art, music, modeling, etc. I’ve always wanted to try different “new” things because growing up with a single mother we were basically always in our “comfort zone”. I wanted to get out there, I just didn’t know how to. So, then, I met my husband Brandon Fisch. We were together for a couple years and had our first baby. I mentioned to him about wanting to start modeling and he supported my decision. He helped me find the right photographer to help guide me into this career. I’m currently a stay at home mom and I love every bit of it . But, I always make time to do what I love. As a person who has dealt with insecurities and self-love, I made the decision to just have someone snap a picture of me without me feeling that I have to be perfect. Modeling really helped me overcome many obstacles in my life that I thought I would never get to. Always do what you love and surround yourself by people who support you 100% . But, most importantly, “Love Yourself”!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Modeling really hasn’t been as smooth as I thought. With being a mom, and a wife it can be difficult fitting everything into my schedule. But, one advice I can give to young women who are starting their careers as models is to never give up and keep doing what you love! Follow your dreams!

Please tell us about Carolina Tovar Model.
I specialize on being a stay at home mom for sure! Haha! And I am so proud of that, but modeling just means everything to me which is why I do it.

Were there people and/or experiences you had in your childhood that you feel laid the foundation for your success?
I believe we all go through things to become better human beings in life. I think that sometimes, we have to overcome obstacles to get where we want to be and as long as you don’t give up, you are headed to your dream or goal!
