FYI electrical services is a small family-owned business. Walid our journeyman chose to work in this industry because that was his education at school, started in the states 2009 to do small jobs here and there for friends and family, people liked his skills and word start to spread out on how good, clean and professional on what he does.
Imad Operations manager at Shclumbegrer decided to quit working in the oil field and agreed with Walid his brother to create legal, official, certified and licensed company. Maria, Imad’s wife is the office manager. We became fully insured, bonded and licensed in the state of Texas, city of Houston, on October 2015-(License Number : 31423) located in the galleria area. Within less than a year we have over 25- 5 stars reviews on Google, 26-5 stars reviews on Angie’s List, over 50- 5 stars review Home Advisor, over 22- 5 stars reviews on BBB and Facebook)

Our strategy is to look for any opportunity to come out and do free assessment. Always on time, honest, professional, cost effective method, faster project completion times, high levels of quality control, Safety is our first priority. Our master Mr. Don L Haney, he is one of the best master electrician in Houston. Our Journeymen and apprentices technicians have over than 20 years of experience. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Working from home, with 1 year old baby daughter heaven was very tough especially every time the phone ring, someone is holding her so the other can talk on the phone with clients. We are managing internally all, HR, IT, HSE, Logistic, Marketing and operations on our own without any professional help due to cost purpose. Supporting 5 families from a small and just started business is not easy, we had to monitor every penny we spend, and we personally cut out going out, vacations and shopping. Getting a loan for a business with less than 2 years in the market is very hard and impossible, where we needed it the money to expand our business by buying new equipment, parts and vehicles, hiring new technician and able to pay their salary.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the FYI Electrical services story. Tell us more about the business.
80% of our revenue is from residential work and 20% from commercial project.
Our specialties are:
-Run complete wires for new and remodeling houses.
-Replacing or adding Panel boards, Meter can, Risers, weather-head, replace underground services.
-Add new circuits for all appliances.
-Install heavy and light chandelier, light fixtures and ceiling fans.
-Install LED recessed can light.
-landscape lighting
-Smoke alarms.
-Install camera systems.
-Troubleshoot all electrical problem.
-Changing outlet, switches, GFCI and dimmers.
We are well known by our honesty, Timing and scheduling accurately, explaining all project details with clients prior doing the work.

Oil field market up and down was one of the reason for me to quit my high salary job and proceed with my own business, as I need to have steady income from a business line doesn’t get effected by the market. Electrical work is always needed while good and bad days.
