Today we’d like to introduce you to Lai Ubberud.
Lai, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I saw my grandmother helping people since I was a very small child. As I grew up I began helping on my own, especially girls and boys that wanted to know about their love lives.
While I was in college, I was so busy studying that had little time left for anything else.
I got married and started a family. In the meantime, we moved all over the world because of my husband’s job, so I worked mainly from home, teaching languages and doing translations, so I could be with the children because my husband travelled extensively on business.
As they were growing up and I had more time in Switzerland, I started doing private sessions and was very busy. Then we moved to Sweden on our way to the US, when I got here, I needed to wait until we got our green card. When we got it, I started working again and finally started our company.
In his spare time, my husband helps me with the book keeping, website, etc. and we hired a CPA that supervises the accounts and does our taxes.
I won awards for being “Best Psychic” and “Best Pet Psychic” from the Houston Press.
In the meantime, I was invited to do lectures, panels, TV and radio shows, speak at theme cruises and was asked to write a book about pets that was published by “Beyond Words” that belongs to Simon & Schuster. I also wrote articles for magazines & radio newsletters.
I was an “Expert Judge” for Glamour magazine and I am in their “Hall of Fame”.
I do holistic expos all around the country as well.
I was also invited to teach Spirituality at a college in Sarasota, FL, but haven’t had time to do it yet.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Mostly it was smooth, because I knew my priorities like studying, raising the children, etc. and now that they are grown up I can dedicate more time to my work.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with LAI & U – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I am a Psychic, Medium, Past Life Reader, Pet Communicator and do private sessions in person or by phone, since I have clients all over the world. I also do holistic expos all around the country and advise people about their choices in life and answer specific questions to solve their problems, so they can live a richer life.
I communicate with people that passed away so the family get closure and that helps them very much.
Sometimes there are ghosts in the houses and I “cleanse” the houses and send the ghosts to the other side, so people can have peace and enjoy their homes or sell their house.
I talk to pets, help find lost ones and do charity work to help the different organizations find people to adopt them.
On the panels, we discuss the phenomena of what is going on in our society today and advice people to focus on what is worthwhile and let go of artificial and unimportant things. Most of these panels are posted on YouTube.
The company and I are known for our integrity, honesty, accuracy, guidance, good will and help people improve their lives so they feel better.
I can combine my psychic ability with practical advice, so people can change their life for the better. I’m also very accurate in my predictions and people feel that I really care for them and want to help them and NOT just take their money.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Continue what I am doing today and hopefully have more books published, find time to write more, travel to the few holy places, I haven’t been to and go to Sarasota and teach Spirituality at the college there.
