Glenia Aguiar & Juliana Wenzel & Alessandra Moratto shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Glenia & Juliana & Alessandra , we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
It looks like a robot – doing things that I must do despite wanting to not!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
We are HB3 — three friends who turned a shared passion for bringing people together into a purpose: building bridges that connect people, businesses, and ideas.
Since 2023, Juliana, Alessandra, and I have worked in perfect harmony, combining our strengths to create meaningful experiences. Together, we’ve organized impactful trade missions, guided families through their relocation journeys, and helped businesses take root and thrive in Texas.
For us, it’s more than just work — it’s about connections that last, opportunities that grow, and stories that inspire.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
Definitely my dad, said Alessandra!
He’s the one who taught me the most about work. From him, I learned responsibility, commitment, respect, and transparency — values that started at home and naturally became part of how I work. The technical side of things, we can always learn along the way, but values are what really shape us, and those came from him.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Trust the timing of your journey. Every twist, every delay, every challenge is shaping you into someone stronger and kinder than you can imagine. You’re exactly where you need to be — keep your heart open and your courage alive.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
For Juliana: “My closest friends would say what matters most to me is people — my family, my friends, and the relationships I build. I care about honesty, being dependable, and making time for the people I love. I also value growth: learning new things and improving myself so I can be more present and useful to others.”
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
If we set aside our names, role, and possessions, what would remain are the things that truly define our beliefs— ou families, real friends, the knowledge we’ve gained, the experiences that shaped us, and the memories of the life we’ve lived. Those are the treasures no title or material thing can replace, and they are what guide us forward. We all agreed with this!
