Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Lee.
Hi Aaron, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My business is not located in Houston; I am located in Connecticut. I started out my house selling salads and then I started doing catering which led to me doing private events for corporate and residential.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, help most of everything I’ve accomplished on my journey I have done alone. It’s hard and lonely sometimes because most font understands you. Most folks won’t understand why you won’t just get a job etc. learning all the paperwork with business and handling all those things like taxes etc it’s a struggle to do it all by yourself etc
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a chef. I do various styles of cooking. I specialize in doing plant-based options even tho I am not limited to any style of cooking. I am most proud of being able to cook for some of the clientele I have met and the experiences it’s allowed me to have while cooking. What sets me apart is that I do it from the heart and take pleasure in helping folks celebrate their best moments.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Loving what you do and getting paid for your passion.
