Hi Alyssa, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I have always had an eye for sparkly, shiny and colorful things. So much so that it has become a part of my identity.
Growing up in a household of 5 children, we were not afforded the luxury of having extravagant parties- if any party at all. The moment I had my first child, I knew I wanted them to remember every birthday as special. As my love for party planning grew, so did my imagination. We’ve boarded the Titanic and slept with the tigers at the Houston Downtown Aquarium, brought Japan to our backyard with Hibachi and a movie theatre in our very own backyard along with many other memorable events.
While planning these events, my vendors would tell me how impressed they were and suggest that I start my own business. My guest had such a great time and would tell me the same. My husband and brother were the ones who gave me the much needed words of encouragement I needed to finally put into place. Of course, I was nervous, but I knew it was my calling. So here I am today, sharing my story in hopes that it encourages and inspires someone else to do the same! Believe in yourself! Just go for it!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Fortunately, I haven’t had any challenges that I haven’t been able to overcome thus far. I will say that one of my biggest obstacles is managing the time between my kids’ extracurricular activities and events that occur on the weekend. Thankfully, football season ends when the holidays begin! You can bet that when I am not planning parties, I am in the stands cheering for my son.

I specialize in flower walls (some of which I designed myself), sequins walls, neon sign rentals, wooded panel walls and arches, iron backdrop pieces marquee letters and numbers, and of course – balloons!
