Amiee, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
“Amiee Cacolice is the founder of Amiee Cacolice Photography, a specialized photography business focusing on Professional Headshots and residential Real Estate. With a foundation in photography that began in California alongside her father with an old Pentax 35mm, Amiee pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Photography. She then spent over a decade managing photographers before starting her own venture.
Amiee’s journey has been one of steep learning curves, from developing marketing plans and corporate structures to sourcing equipment and networking. Her dedication to detail and exceptional customer service sets her apart. Whether capturing the perfect professional headshot or showcasing a property’s finest features, Amiee ensures her clients are presented in the best light, offering a professional appearance that leaves a lasting impression.
Her business philosophy emphasizes the importance of first impressions, and she brings professionalism, comfort, and quality to every project. Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
I’m incredibly excited about the growth and knowledge I’ve gained over this past years. It’s been a journey of expansion, and I’ve been able to add new services that will help me better support my clients, especially in the real estate field. Beyond just real estate photography, I now offer 3D tours, drone shots, digital staging, and branding photos, which allows me to help agents and other professionals brand themselves effectively.
Marketing is such a powerful tool, and I know how important it is for clients to have the right portrait to represent themselves, whether it’s to showcase their professionalism or to highlight their property. That’s why I focus on providing high-quality imagery and top-notch customer service. I understand the importance of first impressions—whether it’s for a real estate listing or personal branding—and how a small investment in the right visuals can make a huge impact.
What I do is about helping my clients stand out. I know how crucial it is to capture the essence of a property or the unique qualities of a person, especially in industries like real estate, where a person’s home might be the biggest purchase they’ll ever make. Through stunning, high-quality images, I can help my clients showcase their properties in the best light, making it easier to attract the right buyers or clients. Great imagery builds trust, tells a story, and makes sure that potential buyers or partners take notice.

When you look back on your life, what are three things you expect to be proud of?
This past year has been a period of growth and success, and I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve been able to achieve.
With the support of my family, I’ve been able to grow my business into a sustainable venture, expanding my services to include 3D tours, drone shots, digital staging, and branding photos. This has allowed me to help real estate agents and professionals create powerful first impressions and elevate their brands.
I’m also grateful that this business allows me to be present for my children as they grow, stretch their horizons, and experience new opportunities.
Together with my husband, who also owns his own business, we’re able to show our kids the ins and outs of entrepreneurship, teaching them the value of hard work, dedication, and the rewards that come from pursuing your passions.
