Hi Bridgett, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Our journey began in 2023, although the idea started long before that. For years, my husband and I talked about creating a clothing line that represented something meaningful to us. After consistently dedicating ourselves to fitness for over two years, we realized that transforming our physical appearance was only part of the journey. The discipline, mental strength, and personal growth that came from challenging our bodies also transformed our mindset and overall outlook on life.
That experience inspired the meaning behind our brand, MND.BDY.SOL. We wanted it to represent more than just gym clothing — it represents the connection between mind, body, and soul, and the growth that happens when all three are aligned. Our brand is deeply personal to us because it reflects our own journey and the values we live by every day.
We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from our family, friends, and the growing community of people who connect with our message and continue to support our vision.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Building our brand has been one of the most rewarding but also one of the hardest things we’ve had to figure out. A lot of people only see the finished product — the photos, the clothing, the growth — but they don’t always see the sacrifices behind it.
We started with a vision and a belief in ourselves before we had proof that it would work. There were moments of self-doubt, financial stress, long nights, setbacks, and times where balancing family life, work, fitness, and building a business felt overwhelming.
What kept us going was understanding that this brand represents more than clothing. It represents discipline, growth, confidence, and the mindset it takes to become a stronger version of yourself. The same consistency it takes to transform your body is the same consistency it takes to build something from nothing.
Every struggle shaped us, and I think that’s what makes the brand meaningful. It’s built from real experience, real resilience, and the desire to inspire other people to keep pushing through their own challenges too.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We’re a husband-and-wife powerhouse building a brand while also raising three children, working full-time jobs, and balancing personal training on top of it all. A lot of our journey has been built on sacrifice — sacrificing sleep, personal time, comfort, and constantly feeling like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. There have been many overwhelming moments trying to manage every responsibility while still showing up fully for our family, our careers, and our vision.
But through all of it, what I’m most proud of is the way we support each other in every aspect of life. We’ve learned how to lean on one another during difficult seasons, motivate each other when things feel exhausting, and continue pushing forward together even when things get hard.

What sets us apart is that our brand is built from real life experience. We’re not just selling a look or a lifestyle — we’re living it every single day. Everything we represent comes from discipline, sacrifice, resilience, and the belief that growth is possible even in the busiest and most overwhelming seasons of life.
We want people to see that you can chase big goals while still being parents, partners, and hardworking individuals. Our journey is proof that with consistency, support, and growing our faith in god and in each other, you can build something meaningful from the ground up.
