Today we’d like to introduce you to Carli B Webb.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up in southwest Louisiana, the oldest of four, and from an early age I learned how to carry responsibility and live up to expectations. Like many Southern women, I followed the path that seemed “right”—marriage, career, family, faith, and service. On the outside, I had checked all the boxes. But inside, I felt like I was living a life that wasn’t truly mine.
In 2018, I began a deep personal healing journey. After years of disconnection, I finally asked for truth in my life—and when truth came, I had the courage to receive it. That meant walking away from a long-term marriage and facing a level of pain that nearly broke me. But in that pain, something unexpected happened: music appeared.
I had never studied music, never taken a voice lesson, never imagined myself as a songwriter. And yet, melodies and lyrics began pouring out of me, as though they had been waiting my whole life. Music became my voice, my healer, and my compass. Since then, I’ve written eight songs, with six released on Spotify, each one a reflection of my journey back to myself.
Today, I live at the intersection of artistry and healing. By trade, I’m a registered nurse and Reiki I & II attuned. I am the co-owner of Soul Secrets Podcast & Retreats, where we host women’s retreats to connect, release, and heal. Through my business, Culture Shine LLC, I guide women in Reclaim Her embodiment classes and one-on-one curated “embodiment dates.” These are personalized journeys that include photography sessions, spa treatments, massage, and intentional moments of self-discovery—designed to help women see and honor themselves again.
At the heart of all my work is a single passion: helping women own their emotions and stories, release victimhood, and walk fully in their power. Music remains my heartbeat and the most personal expression of my truth. I’m calling in more musicians, producers, and collaborators to expand this work—merging healing and artistry in ways that can move souls and change lives.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Pregnant at age 20 while in school caused me to really hit the ground running to complete school, get married and follow my husband around the country while he played minor league baseball. He was a left handed pitcher drafted by the Colorado Rockies and it was a dream to be all together as a family. I obtained nursing licenses starting in 2003 in several states to make this happen.
Depression and anxiety in 2013 also showed up as I didn’t know what that feeling was at first but quickly realized I could not do everything myself and had to make lifestyle changes and get help and I did through many modalities.
I had to face my fears about singing in front of producers or co-writers when I’ve never done that before and it really scared me but like a good friend told me, you must do it afraid.
Being a mother to three children while you do through transformation is a difficult experience as your kids learn who you are in a new way and they also change and become stronger.
I died many ego deaths along the way which means the versions of me that were not able to withstand the growth had to be gently released and loved.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My work is all about guiding women back to themselves—helping them reclaim their voices, their emotions, and their power. By trade I’m a registered nurse, and I’m also Reiki I & II attuned, which grounds my work in both science and energy. I co-own Soul Secrets Podcast & Retreats, where we create intentional spaces for women to connect, release, and heal in community. Through my business, Culture Shine LLC, I host Reclaim Her embodiment classes and one-on-one curated “embodiment dates”—unique experiences that might include photography sessions, spa treatments, massage, and time spent in reflection—designed to help women truly see themselves again.
Alongside this, I’m also a recording artist. Music came into my life unexpectedly, out of deep personal loss. I had never taken a lesson or had any formal training, but when my life fell apart, songs began pouring out of me. Since then, I’ve written eight songs, with six available on Spotify, each one a reflection of my journey of truth, healing, and resilience.
What I’m most proud of is that I’ve been able to integrate all these pieces—music, retreats, mentorship, energy work, and wellness technology like the AO Scanner—into a holistic offering that speaks to both the soul and the body. What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on one dimension of healing or expression; I weave them together. I know what it feels like to lose yourself and then find yourself again, and I believe my work carries that depth of lived experience.
For me, this is more than a business—it’s a calling. Whether through a song, a retreat, or a one-on-one session, my goal is always the same: to help women remember who they are, release what no longer serves them, and step into their full, radiant truth.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t really believe in luck—good or bad. For me, life has always been about patterns. We all carry patterns that either hold us back or propel us forward, and the key is learning how to recognize them. Once you can identify the repeating cycles in your life—whether in relationships, business, or even your own inner dialogue—you can decide if those patterns are serving you or keeping you stuck.
My own healing journey showed me that I wasn’t a victim of circumstance, nor was I waiting for some stroke of good fortune to rescue me. I had to get honest about my own patterns, about the ways I was living out expectations that didn’t align with my truth. When I finally chose to break those cycles, everything began to shift—my music, my business, and even how I show up for my family and community.
So instead of luck, I believe in awareness, courage, and alignment. When you can see your patterns clearly and choose to grow through them, doors open that others might call “luck.” But I know it’s really the fruit of doing the inner work.
