Today we’d like to introduce you to Chaddrick Forbes and Jeremy Brown.
Hi Chaddrick and Jeremy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started with two best friends from high school — Chad and Jeremy — who could debate anything under the sun (and usually did 🤣). Whether it was anime, video games, wrestling, or pop culture, our conversations always turned into lively, passionate debates that drew people in.
One day Jeremy said, “We should start a podcast.” I initially said no. But after realizing that every time they went to anime and comic conventions, people wanted to join their debates, I then finally said, “Let’s go!”
We started small — no video, just audio — learning the ropes and building our voice. Everything changed after our first live panel at Comicpalooza, the biggest comic book convention in Texas. The energy, the crowd, the community — that’s when we decided to go all in.
Now, the Fusion-Haa Podcast brings together anime, gaming, wrestling, and pop culture under one roof — celebrating the worlds we love and the people who make them. We’ve interviewed voice actors, celebrities, musicians, and creators, while traveling to conventions across the country, including Dream Con, Nostalgia Con, Anime Frontier, and Kimo-Kawaii Con.
For us, Fusion-Haa isn’t just a podcast — it’s a celebration of fandom, friendship, and the universal connection that brings us all together.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road was a bit bumpy. We had to learn and the ropes and make mistakes along the way. Jeremy and Chad normally are on the same page but there are sometimes they put their debate skills to use. This hasn’t happened often though which is a great thing. We have had some people stand us up are not follow through on certain things but we just focus on the positive.

We are podcasters/ producers/ editors. The Fusion-Haa Podcast is a 2 man operation that Jeremy and Chad run The Fusion-Haa Podcast themselves. They are definitely proud of themselves because they had to learn how to do it all on their own. We try and use our powers for good to our podcast a place where people who enjoy nerdy and pop culture a place to come together.
