Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been 2yrs since I released music, yes 2yrs… I’ve gone through a lot since my mom passed & I got out of an 8-month relationship while in the midst of my mother being sick on her death bed unresponsive. I know none of u asked if I was ok like that, but I just wanted to say I’m still mentally messed up; as I write this to u all I hope u stay tuned for this future music I’m going to be releasing in the next few months http://bio.site/dajour *it’s different from when I first started*.

It’s been 2yrs with no comfort, it’s been 2yrs with no closure, it’s been 2yrs, still with no lover. & yes, he will come, ik.

I just wanted to say without my mother in my heart I couldn’t do this music sh** without her; if we are being honest, my mother was the ONLY friend, the ONLY person I felt like I needed before this social media sh** && before getting to know my close friends but still them I still claimed her as the ONLY 1. I thank u all for being here though.

I released a single on July 6, 2023, titled “SAME OLD THING,” which is available now on all streamable platforms worldwide. Listen here: https://dajour.fanlink.to/SAMEOLDTHING

The song is about a cycle I go through with my dating life, “relationship cycling,” the predictable, repetitive process of breaking up and getting back together again dysfunctional, unstable, hurtful, or getting with someone else that neither one of us knew it would even be the same as “past toxic relationships”. The song is a message, low-key a tear in my notebook, all I ever ask is for someone to make sure that I was “ok,” but they put me through some things.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I do covers of various artists’ songs on Soundcloud & YouTube, such as Drake, Summer Walker, Future, Frank Ocean, etc.

I play 1 instrument & that’s Acoustic Guitar

My musical influences are: Frank Ocean, Alicia Keys & Mary J. Blige

What sets me apart from others is that I live in a “fantasy,” society says, but “I’m a Scorpio Prince.” I like to image myself in a different world nobody else can go to; I still live in this kid world, but this world is filled love and broken promises, but it’s always a light that still shined to make me stay.

I’m proud of this new era I have in mind to offer u guys in my new music; I would love to showcase my acting side & director side for this new music.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Riding around in the backseat of my mother’s car singing “Peanut Butter Jelly Time” to the top of my lungs, kicking the backseat & being outside in the back looking at how big the moon was, I loved the moon a lot & church & my old school Seeworth Academy.
