Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Pacheco.
Hi Daniel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My woodwork journey started back in 2017 when I was working as a control panel assembler for an oil company. During our slow times, we would build tables out of wood pallets. There, my love for working with wood started and I started buying tools and building crafts in my garage. Between 2017-2022, I took on different jobs, the last one is working with a construction contractor. The more I practiced and perfected my woodworking skills, I felt confident to start my own business. It was not until January 2022 when I took a leap of faith and decided to dedicate myself to building a career in what I truly love doing.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Just like any other start-up business, it is not easy to raise enough capital to take your business to a next level. For instance, Buying a trailer is essential to deliver big projects, instead of making many trips in my truck. More equipment to speed up the production process, or even an adequate shop space. Despite this challenge, I am slowly growing trying to focus on delivering high-end quality products.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Woodingdesign specializes in custom built-in cabinets such as Closets, console media center, bookcases and other wood-related projects. Ever since I started working on my brand, I have strived to provide a quality product to my clients just as if I was doing something for myself. This is what makes me proud because, at the end of the day, a good build will eventually bring more referrals. Therefore, I believe quality sets me apart from others, not only that, but providing a great customer experience.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
