Check Out Darius Gonzalez’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Darius Gonzalez

Hi Darius, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always had a business mindset when it comes to my approach on life. I credit a-lot of my business fundamental skills to my upbringing as a child and education. My amazing parents set a standard in our house hold that was unmatched with the demographics that was dealt to us. From family values, having morals, being a spiritual individual my parents made sure to always have rewards or consequences to teach me the basics of life. Next step was selecting the perfect school for me was played a huge role in developing my personality. Crossroad Academy Charter School of business paved the way to my successful business ventures and things I find attractive to add value to my self worth as a comrade in the business world. CACS instilled solid traits of confidence and the curriculum taught me a skill set that makes me the persevering, outgoing individual of present day and leader of tomorrow’s success. Some of the things I was taught early on were, how to properly introduce myself for the best for impression possible, proper formal dinning etiquette, proper hygiene and appearance upkeep while sporting proper business attire and of course how to be a gentleman. My school was very small and still was in the development stage while attending so extracurricular activities were few. Those activities are apart of my character til this day. Being apart of everything they had basketball, modeling, a step team, the royal court and participating in any competition I can (winning a couple) made a bright future for me. I had everything I needed for amazing social skills and the hunger for learning and successes has been within me ever since.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
If it I had all smooth roads I don’t believe I would be as well rounded as I am today. All of my struggles come from within. Learning emotional intelligence was a struggle for I have the heart of a giant. Learning to use my emotions the correct way, as a stronghold set me aside from the rest of my peers. Sharpening my instincts with the right people and situations learning to only care about what I can control was also something I had to learn. Learning how I learn, learning how to find help/be resourceful and just simply learning what it means to grow from a boy into a man was all a struggle.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
So one of my favorite all time quotes is by Zeno of Elea a greek philosopher. He states that Man conquers the world by conquering hisself. I recall my mom being one of the first to tell me this. So first in for most i do everything that I can to add more value to myself. It may seem cliche because no one believe you can master everything but I know if I master myself I master everything I need. So the only thing I know and claim to specialize in is myself. I would like to think I am known for being high energy and a hard worker. I am most proud of my ability to live life and see it for what it is, spreading love, light and peace everywhere I go. The thing thats sets me apart from other is that its brings joy to my spirits just to make others smile or see them smiling already it is definitely contagious. It heals the soul.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
To say I have a favorite childhood memory wouldn’t do my childhood any justice. For my favorite childhood memory is just simply being a child!
