Today we’d like to introduce you to E.L. Craine.
Hi E.L., it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was recruited into the title company business by a friend, who was once the escrow officer for my banking and mortgage business. Ten years later, I’m the Director of Education and Sales Manager for a national title & escrow company, BRPS Title. I’m not your typical title Business Development person, though. I actually assist in the development of and growth of my clients. I train them, provide them with continuing education and create marketing platforms for them. I created the RMG development program to assist in growing their business, taking them from realtor to Real Estate Professional via The Success Forum 12 week program.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has actually been a smooth road when I’m allowed to walk to the beat of my own drum. I believe in creating business to develop business, thereby being non-traditional in the industry.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in training and developing real estate professionals. I’m known for “Go First Class or Don’t Go.” The thing I’m most proud of is that I have developed core programs that are proprietary in nature so as to assist in the success of those who go through my varying training programs. What sets me apart, my philosophy is built on a foundation of collaboration, elevating those whom I work with and the tenent of “Building Business is My Business” I do not need to do 20 transactions, I need to be part of 20 transactions, thereby increasing my value in the marketplace.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
In finding a mentor or networking, the effort of both should be defined by “PURPOSE.”
