Hi Jatiauna, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my business a year ago, I took all the money I saved and purchase like 2,000 worth of products and sold them to my community. I then advanced and made my business a brand and started modeling and creating content, as well as youtube.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it has not been a smooth ride. I have had so many obstacles. Being an entrepreneur is hard because you don’t always have the support or motivation to keep going. Being an entrepreneur requires a lot of patience and time. I lost some things in the process but it hasn’t stopped me from moving forward.

I, Jatiauna, provide hair services like braiding, dread styles & I am working on perfecting my craft in extensions styles. I also sell clothing and hair extensions. I am currently in school seeking my nursing degree. Also, I am a TikTok influencer with 30k followers.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Honestly, I have pushed myself my whole life to stand out and be different from what I grew up around. I was in 10th grade doing college and high school with two jobs. My parents play a big role because they motivate me to accomplish my goals and they support everything I do.
