Check Out Jillian Felice’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jillian Felice.

Hi Jillian, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always been an artistic soul. Ever since I was a child, creativity has been my language. Whether it was dancing, singing, drawing, or writing, I found so much joy in expressing myself. Growing up in the ’90s and early 2000s, I genuinely believed I’d become a pop star who’d eventually write a book and become an artist. That was the dream.

I was always drawn to style too. Fashion felt like wearable art to me. One of my first big steps was landing an internship writing a fashion blog for a well-known clothing company. At the time, I was also dancing full time and working with a music producer. I was determined to be a triple threat.

Just before my 17th birthday, I was offered a development deal with Disney Records. Around that same time, I found out I was pregnant at just 16 years old. That changed everything. I knew I couldn’t give my all to both a child and a career in the entertainment industry, especially one that demanded so much time and travel. I chose to become a mom.

After my daughter was born, I went to college and kept working. I tried to keep up with dancing, but motherhood is a full-time job in itself, and eventually I had to shift gears. That’s when I leaned back into writing and fashion. I started a fashion blog and tested out a few different creative outlets until I stumbled across YouTube.

At the time, everyone was doing makeup tutorials, so I gave it a try, but my heart wasn’t in it. Once I started talking about fashion, thrifting, and storytelling, something clicked. My audience grew, and I finally found a community that resonated with the way I saw beauty, creativity, and life. That was the beginning of something I never imagined would become such a defining part of my journey.

And honestly, the rest is still unfolding. I’m grateful for every twist, turn, and divine redirection that brought me here.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s what makes the journey meaningful. Becoming a mother at 16 came with its own set of challenges. I had to grow up fast and make decisions that a lot of people my age weren’t even thinking about yet. I had dreams that I had to put on pause, and at times it felt like I was falling behind while everyone else was moving forward. That was tough.

There were seasons where I felt invisible, like I had so much to give but didn’t know how or where to share it. Balancing school, work, motherhood, and still trying to hold on to my creativity felt overwhelming. There were times I questioned if I had missed my moment, or if I was too late to step into the life I dreamed about.

Even in content creation, the path hasn’t been easy. There were years when I was pouring so much energy into my work and not seeing results. The internet can be a beautiful space for connection, but it can also be hard on your confidence when your worth starts to feel tied to numbers, views, or trends. I had to remind myself often that my value didn’t come from how others responded to me, but from who God created me to be.

Looking back, every obstacle shaped me. The delays taught me patience. The quiet seasons deepened my character. The detours made room for faith. I wouldn’t trade any of it, because I know now that every step—even the hard ones—was preparing me for something greater.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At my core, I’m a storyteller. I create content that blends beauty, meaning, and real life. I specialize in lifestyle content that reflects who I am: fashion, slow living, wellness, motherhood, faith, creativity, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Whether I’m thrifting, resetting for the week, sharing a moment in my garden, or styling a look, I’m always thinking about the deeper story behind it. That’s what I love most. Taking everyday moments and turning them into something reflective and inspiring.

I think what I’m most known for is my intentionality. My audience knows that when they come to my content, it’s not just aesthetics. There is always heart behind it. I’m most proud of the fact that I didn’t give up when things were slow or unclear. I stayed true to my voice even when it wasn’t the trend. And now I get messages from women who feel seen, encouraged, and reminded of their own creative power. That means everything to me.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just create to entertain. I create to awaken. I believe we are all here to reflect something greater, and my work is really just an extension of that belief. Whether I’m sharing a new outfit, a personal story, or a deeper reflection on faith, my goal is always to leave people better than I found them. There is a quiet power in softness, and I think I’ve learned how to make that visible.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success as showing up fully as the person God created me to be and producing good fruit that will impact generations. It’s less about numbers or accolades and more about alignment. Am I walking in purpose? Am I creating from a place of love, faith, and integrity? Am I leaving something behind that will nourish others long after I’m gone? That, to me, is real success.
