Check Out Kesh Fuller’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kesh Fuller.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started blogging as a way to tap into things I’m passionate about. I’ve also enjoyed networking with other women and moms and sharing resources. Although I encourage my kids to walk in their purpose, dream big, and follow their passions. I was not. I’m a full-time engineer, but I’m passionate about the arts and empowerment. Blogging came about at a time when I’d just lost someone very dear to me. I’d also been dealing with a lot personally. It became an outlet. There’s so much that women and moms face that we don’t talk about. I wanted my journey to be about my honest experiences, and my hope is that it would help other women.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Instagram alone is not a smooth road Lol. It can actually be quite dangerous if you’re not careful. It can be very time-consuming and mentally draining when you’re trying to keep up with the algorithm and worried about how many people like your photo. I remembered asking myself. Is this what your life has come to? Posting pictures everyday? It’s so much more than the pictures. It’s the story that I share that is my why. Before I learned how to manage my time, I was driving my family crazy, taking photos every day. The kids were just not into it. My focus was being pulled heavily from just enjoying fun moments with my family to capturing every moment.

Comparison can also be dangerous. Starting out, I knew that I wanted to take this seriously. I wanted to post valuable content, and I wanted it to look top-quality like influencers I admired. I spent a lot of money on clothes, make-up, home decor, etc. to “look” like I was good enough to be taken seriously. I realized just being me with what I have was enough!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
By day, I’m an engineer. And just in case my co-workers are reading, I’ll leave it at that LOL. As an influencer/blogger, I focus on family and day-to-day lifestyle. There, I’m known for my big, beautifully blended family and my honest candor. I focus a lot on celebrating all wins, giving yourself grace and time to grow. I also share my journey of being a mom with kids whose ages range from 16 to 2!

I’m also the founder of A.C.T. Management where I help families with kids who are interested in entertainment. As a mom of a child who has been in the industry for over ten years, I share insight on what works and what families should absolutely avoid.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I love that by day. I get to work my professional job, which is meaningful. Not only am I grateful to be employed in my field of study, but I’m able to fund some of my entrepreneurial goals. Lately, it seems like being an employee isn’t the goal. I want people to know that there’s nothing wrong with being an employee and working on your dreams. The corporate benefits help plant the seed for my dreams to flourish. Aside from the perks of influencing, I am so inspired by so many talented women I’ve had the pleasure of networking with.
