Today we’d like to introduce you to Lisa Washington.
Hi Lisa, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am your small-town girl who has faced several challenges like losing my mother at a difficult time have two children in the criminal system just plenty of life events that would make some give up, never really understanding why I always wanted to help. I started a non-profit 2yrs ago by the name of Endless Love Inc. where we would go twice a month & feed the homeless in the downtown Houston area without any funding my husband & I along with 10.00 monthly dues would purchase everything we feed over 2000 people we would give clothes & shoes & blankets during the cold months.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I was able to trademark my logo/name & my daughter was ran over and drug by a car being driven by a close friend right before me that sent me in somewhat of a depression.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I work in the oil & gas industries in a warehouse driving forklifts & ground-receiving
Alright, so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you, or support you?
