Our entrepreneurial journey began with a desire for independence. Tammie, with over 25 years in medical business offices, sought a change that offered greater freedom. Marcella, eager to break away from a desk job, envisioned a new path. This shared vision led to the creation of Henton House LLC, where we blend our creative talents and entrepreneurial spirit to bring exceptional events to life.

In 2023 and the first half of 2024, Henton House LLC successfully executed decor for major organizations, proving our capability to manage large-scale events.These projects showcased our ability to handle intricate planning and transform spaces across multiple rooms. For one event, we provided hundreds of balloons and extensive floral arrangements, creating a breathtaking atmosphere. The positive feedback from our clients and their attendees affirmed the countless hours of work we invested, and it was incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life.

Our journey in building Henton House LLC has certainly come with its challenges.We used our own funds to start the business and purchase the materials we needed, learning every step of the way. However, securing funding has been a persistent hurdle for us. Despite this, our goal remains to expand and become a leader in the event planning industry.
As two women without prior business experience, we’ve relied on our passion, creativity, and resourcefulness to grow. We’ve been fortunate to gain valuable experience and have taken advantage of free workshops and online resources to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to run our business effectively.
