Today we’d like to introduce you to Moneyfien Ghost
MoneyFien, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born & raised in Rochester NY, throughout life both my father & step-father did music which inspired me to do the same. In 2016/2017 is when i chose to actually start taking my craft serious, to which i released 3 freestyles on instagram, then downloaded an app by the name of “bandlab” in which i made my first single. I was recording music with a tablet & cheap headphones for about a year then finally met an engineer by the name of “Skan-Dolus” who gave me a chance to record in an amazingly quality sounding studio. I released my first music video in 2018 which was a song by the name of “bandz” from a prior studio that i recorded at. From then on me & skandolus have been locked in making great music & finding plans to break into the industry.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has definitely been rough. Being from where i am from, the recources to the support, its definitely rough. When you’re on a road to something that can be acheived by luck or years plus of the hardest work, the road is always gonna be rough. My music wasnt the best up until maybe mid 2022 when i finally developed my sound .
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a recording artist, i specialize in melodic music. I am know for my singles such as “10 Shots” “Strongest” & “Deathwish” which have all surpassed over 10k + views on youtube
Who else deserves credit in your story?
A few mentors & people that have been here every step of the way, skan dolus my engineer helped me develop the style of music i create, my uncle jay munee who helped me learn the business side of music, my father who supported everything i do every step of the way, my aunt kimberly who’s been front & center of everything i did as an artist, my mother whos supportive, my videographer ace the visionary, my cousin krista whoses always supported, lil drizzy & kiing are big inspirations who helped me sort of make a name for myself, & 38 spesh who’s given me alot of game on how to break through.
