Hi Morrinah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey started with Her Millennial Closet, where I shared my love for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle while building a community of women who trusted my style and recommendations. Through content creation and brand partnerships, I discovered a passion for creating something of my own.
That passion led to Suah Clothing, a luxury fashion brand inspired by confidence, timeless style, and my Liberian heritage. I wanted to create pieces that make women feel beautiful while telling a meaningful story through fashion.
Today, Her Millennial Closet and Suah Clothing go hand in hand. One allows me to inspire women through content, while the other allows me to bring that inspiration to life through thoughtfully designed pieces. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to continue growing both brands with purpose.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has taught me something valuable. As a content creator, one of the biggest struggles has been staying consistent while balancing brand partnerships, creating meaningful content, and keeping up with constantly changing social media algorithms. It can also be challenging to stand out in such a competitive industry.
As a small business owner, I’ve faced challenges with sourcing quality products, managing inventory, marketing on a limited budget, and learning every aspect of running a business, from branding and customer service to logistics and operations. There have been moments of uncertainty, but I’ve learned to adapt, trust the process, and keep showing up.
Looking back, those challenges have made me more resilient and have helped shape both Her Millennial Closet and Suah Clothing into what they are today.

I’m a fashion and lifestyle content creator, entrepreneur, and the founder of Her Millennial Closet and Suah Clothing. Through Her Millennial Closet, I create authentic content centered around fashion, beauty, motherhood, travel, and everyday lifestyle, partnering with brands that genuinely align with my community and values.
Suah Clothing is my luxury fashion brand, where I specialize in creating timeless, elegant pieces and accessories designed to help women feel confident and beautiful. The brand is deeply inspired by my Liberian heritage, and I love incorporating meaningful storytelling into everything we create.
What I’m most proud of is turning a passion for content creation into a business with purpose. Building an engaged community through Her Millennial Closet gave me the confidence to launch Suah Clothing, and seeing women connect with both brands has been incredibly rewarding.
I believe what sets me apart is authenticity. Whether I’m sharing my life as a wife and mom, styling an outfit, or designing a new collection, I always strive to create with intention. My goal isn’t just to sell products or create content, it’s to inspire women to embrace confidence, celebrate their individuality, and invest in pieces that make them feel their very best.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I truly believe no one builds something meaningful alone. First and foremost, I have to thank God for giving me the vision, strength, and perseverance to keep going, especially during the challenging seasons.
My husband has been my biggest supporter and encourager. He has believed in my dreams from the beginning, constantly reminding me to keep going, celebrating every milestone with me, and offering support behind the scenes in countless ways.
I’m also incredibly grateful for my family, who have always been in my corner. Their prayers, encouragement, and unwavering belief in me have given me the confidence to pursue both Her Millennial Closet and Suah Clothing.
And of course, I wouldn’t be where I am without my amazing community. My community have supported me from my earliest days as a content creator, trusted my recommendations, celebrated my wins, and embraced Suah Clothing from the very beginning. Their loyalty, feedback, and encouragement continue to inspire me every day.
It truly takes a village, and I’m so thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey. Their support is the reason I continue to create, grow, and dream even bigger.
