Check Out Mr. Wired Up’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mr. Wired Up.

Hi Mr. Wired Up, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started messing around with rapping in the 12th grade but I’ve been dealing with music since the 3rd grade. I started playing the alto saxophone from the 3rd grade to the 1st semester of my senior year in high school then switched over to baritone and played that all the way thru college. While I was in college, I started taking my career as an artist more seriously. I would do talent shows and freestyle contests just to get my name out. So fast forward to 2022, I’m currently signed to Nitti Beatz & I have dropped 3 singles (Keep Goin, Wait A Minute and Round and Round) as well as my first label project “Shakelife Shawty”.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In this music industry it’s never easy & you just have to work hard. I’ve lost a lot in my career but I want it so bad that I never stopped.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m an artist as well as a DJ. Me being a DJ helps me a lot because I deal with so much music I can see what people are liking cause you know the music changes everyday. I also started a series on my Instagram page called “TipOut Confessions”. It’s about me in the locker room with the dancers after the club closes & the dancers are always laughing about something & they like it & so do my fans. I’m really proud of the fact that I’m still in the music industry and haven’t just faded away but my work speaks for itself. What sets me apart from everyone is that I’m not like ANYBODY!!! I have my own whole lane and I’ve seen people try to copy it but it doesn’t work, lol.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson that I’ve learned…well it is actually two…#1 be you…never let anybody tell you that you have to change just to fit in & everybody can’t be or do the same thing it’s boring and #2 KEEP GOIN!!!!…if its what you love keep going till you reach where you wanna go.
